Drives continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to improve safety, quality, throughput, reliability, and cost efficiency. Partners with production, quality, maintenance, and EHS teams to identify bottlenecks, optimize process parameters, develop procedures and control plans, lead trials and validations, conduct root-cause investigations, and implement Lean and Six Sigma improvements. Provides process training, supports equipment upgrades, analyzes process capability and downtime, and helps direct process technicians.

Maintains and improves manufacturing quality systems, monitors production quality, analyzes process capability, leads audits and corrective actions, investigates customer complaints, and drives continuous improvement. The role uses Six Sigma, SPC, DOE, DMAIC, FMEA, Lean, and Kaizen methodologies while partnering with engineering, operations, product development, sales, customers, and vendors. It also supports product specifications, process changes, equipment improvements, SOPs, and plant investment projects.

Lead Magnera’s European nonwovens innovation platform across spunlace, airlaid, through-air, and spunmelt technologies. Set innovation priorities, drive commercially relevant product and process development, translate technical capabilities into scalable products, and ensure industrialization. Build high-performing teams, partner with commercial, operations, marketing, and R&D stakeholders, manage roadmaps and resources, and align innovation with customer needs, market dynamics, and business strategy.

Maintains and improves manufacturing quality systems through statistical analysis, process capability reviews, validation, auditing, nonconformance disposition, corrective actions, and continuous improvement. The role supports ISO 9001 compliance, customer and vendor technical interfaces, raw material reviews, process transitions, metrology studies, and manufacturing waste reduction. It also leads quality programs, audits, Gemba walks, and improvement initiatives while partnering with engineering, product development, research and development, and manufacturing teams.

Supports HR policy compliance, employee data maintenance, reporting, hourly recruitment, university partnerships, onboarding and orientation, employee engagement activities, and training initiatives. The intern also helps administer HR processes, track applicants and new hires, maintain confidentiality, and promote a safe and healthy workplace.

Leads end-to-end supply chain strategy and performance across the EMEIA region, covering planning, inventory, logistics, distribution, customer service, risk, budgeting, and continuous improvement. Owns service, cost, inventory, working capital, and supply chain KPIs while partnering with commercial and operations leaders. Directs S&OP/IBP, develops senior supply chain talent, drives lean and digital transformation initiatives, ensures compliance, and manages regional supply chain risks and costs.

Develops and launches nonwoven fabrics, laminates, and related products. Responsibilities include planning laboratory and pilot studies, conducting design and process optimization, leading scale-up and production trials, evaluating raw materials and competitors, developing laboratory capabilities, analyzing costs and market opportunities, and managing project milestones. The role requires expertise in spunlace and high-performance nonwoven technologies, converting processes, statistical analysis, design of experiments, and regulations for surgical and infection-prevention products.
