Sources, qualifies, and manages suppliers of films, backing materials, adhesives, and related raw materials. Leads RFQs, technical and commercial evaluations, supplier negotiations, cost-reduction initiatives, performance management, risk mitigation, and dual-sourcing strategies. Collaborates with R&D, Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Sales to ensure material quality, cost, availability, and performance. Maintains sourcing data and analyzes spend, supplier performance, costs, and supply risks. Travel to supplier, customer, and industry locations is required.

Responsibilities include designing adhesive, coating, release, barrier, and substrate formulations; researching polymer properties and performance; managing NPD projects using DOE; establishing product and process specifications; analyzing technical literature and patents; supporting complaint resolution and cost reduction; and contributing to intellectual property and technology strategy.

Develops and scales pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes and related products by researching polymer structures, formulations, coating methods, and manufacturing processes. Leads new product development projects, establishes performance and processing specifications, applies Design of Experiments, analyzes technical literature and patents, documents results, supports complaint resolution and cost reduction, and contributes to intellectual property and technology strategy.

Supports manufacturing operations by analyzing and improving processes, equipment, materials, and material flow. The role monitors production performance, resolves process issues, trains operators, supports experimental trials and new product launches, develops equipment requirements, and collaborates with validation teams. It also involves compliance implementation, capital improvement projects, process documentation, and vendor coordination in a hybrid office and manufacturing environment.

Produces on-brand photography and video for digital, social, retail, eCommerce, paid media, and internal communications. Shoots, edits, composites, retouches, versions, and delivers visual assets while using AI-enabled tools to accelerate production. Manages multiple deliverables, maintains asset organization and metadata, supports templates and workflows, coordinates with internal teams and external partners, and ensures quality, brand, legal, and compliance standards.

Manages large and complex capital engineering projects from scoping through commissioning, ensuring budgets, timelines, equipment functionality, documentation, training, and ownership transfer are completed. Supervises contractors, develops capital budgets, supports plant engineering and maintenance teams, provides mechanical and electrical engineering guidance, drives manufacturing improvements, and contributes to new product development. The role requires substantial production-floor time and may involve domestic or international travel.
