SUMMARY OF POSITION
The Business Unit Manager plays an essential role in the leadership team by providing strategic & operational input. We expect this person to demonstrate the skills to be credible at this level, with the ability to influence decisions of the leadership team and be able to stay in control of the roll out of Client campaigns within the Publicis Communications agencies.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- To plan and develop sales channel to achieve budget
- To organize and implement sales strategies in compliance with Company’s direction
- To review market plans and sales targets of existing customers
- To conduct market surveys, business plans for evaluation of up-to-date customers’ requirement
- To monitor customers’ sampling, price negotiation, sales order management, market need analysis

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of college is preferred
- Travel required to visit customers and attend Industry Trade Shows (20%)
- At least 10 - 12 years of relevant experience in the advertising industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in a leadership capacity.
- Top talent who has demonstrated ability to lead in all areas of brand building (communications, experiences and technology).
- Solid writing, speaking & presenting skills in English.
