Lead sales strategy and execution for a senior living community, owning the full funnel from inquiries and tours through deposits and move-ins. Build referral relationships, manage CRM activity, respond rapidly to leads, organize conversion-focused events, and identify funnel gaps. The primary goal is achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy through data-driven sales leadership, exceptional follow-up, and strong family and resident relationships.

Supports daily HR operations and serves as a first point of contact for employees and applicants. Coordinates pre-employment screenings, background checks, references, new-hire paperwork, orientations, and training schedules. Leads enterprise information security strategy, governance, risk management, compliance, privacy, third-party risk, security operations, and incident response. Advises executive leadership, oversees cybersecurity audits and regulatory compliance including HIPAA and SOC, manages security teams and budgets, and develops a security-first culture across corporate operations and multi-site communities. The role also directs vulnerability management, cloud security, identity and access management, security monitoring, and organizational risk mitigation.

Coordinates human resources activities for a senior living community, including pre-employment screening, background and licensure checks, drug testing, health screenings, personnel file maintenance, new-hire orientation, training records, certificates, and 401(k) enrollment documentation. The role requires bilingual Spanish communication and compliance with company and state requirements.
