Translate operator and issuer needs into technical requirements, build self-serve workflows, extend the platform into new transfer-agent processes, and add real-time visibility, controls, approvals, and audit trails. Deploy human-in-the-loop AI to reduce manual effort while maintaining correctness in regulated workflows. Collaborate with engineering and multiple market participants without direct people management.

Own the Data Products function across reporting, analytics, immutable ledgers, shareholder intelligence, and compliance governance. Lead strategy, architecture, customer discovery, production development, data engineering, real-time reporting, APIs, AI-enabled querying, disaster recovery, and governance. Collaborate with product leadership on onboarding and ingestion while representing the function to customers, executives, board members, and prospects.

Own the Core Transfer Agency and Corporate Actions product roadmap, including transfers, issuances, DRS, DWAC, tender offers, dividends, and warrant exercises. Partner with engineering, operations, customers, regulators, and DTC to design workflows, improve automation and reliability, define metrics, and support sales. Requires deep transfer-agency and capital-markets experience, regulatory expertise, customer-facing skills, and 20% travel to Chicago and customer sites.
