You'll build and lead our India Operations team from zero — defining roles, hiring, and designing coverage across Indian and U.S. hours. This is a player-coach role: hands-on execution early, scaling through hiring and delegation as the team grows. You'll own the day-to-day running of a U.S. stock transfer agency and act as the first line of defense on a live share register.
