Provides administrative and coordination support for the sales team by managing leads, scheduling estimates and jobs, maintaining records, following up with customers, updating schedules, processing paperwork, and coordinating communication among sales advisors, dispatch, and call center representatives.

Maintains accurate general ledger records and supports month-end close, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, depreciation, and reclassifications. Prepares financial reports, trend analyses, cash forecasts, asset schedules, and ad hoc analyses. Ensures GAAP compliance, supports audits and internal controls, resolves accounting discrepancies, and collaborates with operational teams to provide financial insights.
