Summary

Do you want to join one of the nation’s fastest-growing home services businesses with multiple locations across the U.S.? We’re looking for a curious, digitally savvy marketer who is passionate about finding new ways to drive growth across our multiple US distinct brands.

As the Digital Growth Specialist, you’ll work across the digital customer journey, from how customers find us to how they engage, convert and stay connected with our brands.

You’ll work across paid and organic search, websites, email marketing, automation, AI and emerging digital tools, using them together to generate more leads, improve conversion and help more customers.

We are looking for a well-rounded digital marketer, not someone focused on one channel all day. Our approach is to build strong, sustainable campaigns and systems that can be monitored and improved without constant manual intervention, then focus on the next meaningful opportunity for growth.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes to dig into the data, find opportunities and figure out how to make them happen.

This position is 100% on site at our Kennesaw, GA Headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Acquisition & Visibility

  • Manage paid search, SEO, local search and emerging search visibility across multiple brands and markets.
  • Manage campaign structure, budgets, targeting and optimization to maximize qualified demand, market visibility and business return.

Website & Conversion

  • Improve websites and landing pages to generate more calls, leads and booked appointments.
  • Identify friction across forms, online scheduling, offers and other conversion points.
  • Work with web and marketing partners to implement and measure improvements.

Email, Lifecycle & Automation

  • Build email and digital journeys for lead follow-up, reactivation, maintenance, replacement and cross-sell.
  • Use customer data and segmentation to improve relevance and response.
  • Build scalable lead follow-up and recovery using CRM tools, Zapier, automation and AI-assisted response.

Analytics, Budget & Growth

  • Track performance from traffic through leads, bookings and revenue where available.
  • Manage digital budgets and pacing across brands and markets.
  • Evaluate performance based on overall business impact, not isolated platform metrics.
  • Prioritize the initiatives most likely to create meaningful incremental growth.

Business & Partner Collaboration

  • Build strong relationships with General Managers and local teams to understand each market and business need.
  • Work across marketing, operations, call center, web and other internal teams to improve the customer journey.
  • Leverage agencies and outside partners when additional expertise or execution support is needed.
  • Build solutions that are scalable, repeatable and do not require unnecessary manual management.

Technology & Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate new digital tools, platforms, automation and AI capabilities that could improve marketing performance or customer experience.
  • Build processes and solutions that are scalable, repeatable and capable of operating effectively without unnecessary manual intervention.
  • Work across marketing, operations, call center, web and external partners to connect systems and remove gaps in the customer journey.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience.
  • Strong paid search experience, with working knowledge of SEO, website conversion and lead generation.
  • Experience with email marketing, lifecycle campaigns, CRM or marketing automation preferred.
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and tools such as SEMrush/Ahrefs.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Zapier, AI platforms and emerging digital technology.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience managing budgets and performance across multiple campaigns or markets.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS.
  • Strong communicator who can work with business leaders, internal teams, agencies and vendors.
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, identify opportunities and turn ideas into execution.
