Manage Tektronix China’s B2B digital marketing, website, EDM, SEM/SEO, social media, lead generation, and performance reporting. Responsibilities include customer and market research, product lifecycle management, competitive analysis, pricing, business cases, product launches, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, sales, marketing, operations, partners, and executives. The role also supports customer issue resolution and requires domestic and international travel up to 25%.

Develop and maintain embedded Linux, desktop, communications, data acquisition, diagnostic, and monitoring software for critical electrical infrastructure. Responsibilities include C++ development, industrial protocol implementation, debugging, testing, systems integration, cybersecurity, release support, and collaboration with cross-functional Agile engineering teams.

Leads aerospace and defense programs, including proposals, customer relationships, budgets, schedules, forecasts, contract negotiations, risk management, and financial performance. Coordinates cross-functional teams, prepares pricing and proposal materials, manages scope changes, presents program reviews, identifies growth opportunities, and mentors lower-level program managers. Requires customer-facing leadership across engineering, procurement, production, finance, contracts, and business development.
