Coordinates hospitality and bath projects by entering furniture specifications, setting up project records, obtaining purchase order and vendor information, preparing sales orders, and coordinating shipments. Maintains expediting reports, monitors project updates, communicates with manufacturers and internal teams, attends vendor meetings, resolves issues, and supports procurement, interior design, and client requirements.

Coordinates tile and furniture-related projects by entering specifications, setting up project records, obtaining purchase order and vendor details, producing sales orders, and arranging shipments. Maintains expediting reports, tracks project updates, communicates with procurement, design, clients, vendors, and manufacturers, attends vendor meetings, and troubleshoots issues. Supports the Hospitality Bath Team with sales orders, purchase orders, and revisions.

Coordinate sample requests from the sales team, order samples from suppliers, arrange shipments to customers, maintain organized sample libraries, and update sample inventory. Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams while supporting efficient sample operations and communication.

Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, secure new business, and grow existing accounts within a geographic territory. Address customer needs, present value-based solutions, create urgency, close sales by phone and in person, achieve performance targets, and support the Business Development Manager with client presentations.

Answers phone calls, greets showroom customers, maintains call logs, and manages office supplies by preparing order lists. The role requires strong communication, politeness, teamwork, and drive. Recent college graduates and high school candidates are accepted, while prior experience is a plus.
