The role is designed for freshers and includes structured training and mentorship.

Manage the organization's IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, software, security, backups, disaster recovery, printers, gadgets, email accounts, and Tally server maintenance. Develop IT policies, troubleshoot performance issues, support departmental technology needs, manage vendors and budgets, oversee network and payment tracking, and recommend technology upgrades. Also create social media posters and updates.

Design intuitive digital product interfaces from research and business requirements. Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma and Axure RP. Build and govern atomic design systems with reusable components and design tokens, maintain visual consistency, apply WCAG and responsive design practices, and collaborate with product, engineering, research, and stakeholder teams.

Designs, executes, and maintains manual and automated tests using Playwright or Selenium with Java. Performs functional, regression, integration, system, smoke, sanity, and end-to-end testing; develops reusable frameworks; integrates suites into CI/CD; manages defects; and collaborates with development teams in Agile environments to improve test coverage and software quality.
