Lead the full HR function for a multi-state oilfield services organization of approximately 1,000 employees. Serve on the executive leadership team, shape people and organizational strategy, strengthen culture and engagement, oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and development, and lead workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and HR integration for mergers, acquisitions, and continued growth.

Develops new client relationships through networking, referrals, and industry events; identifies hiring needs and presents recruiting and consulting services. The role manages a prospective-client pipeline, conducts meetings with business leaders and executives, and collaborates with recruiters to deliver strong client service. Success depends on relationship building, communication, credibility, organization, and representing the company professionally.

Manage full-cycle accounts payable for upstream oil and gas operations, including invoice coding for LOE, CAPEX, properties, wells, and AFEs. Support or lead joint interest billing, revenue distribution, vendor reconciliations, partner accounting, and month-end close activities. Maintain audit-ready records, resolve discrepancies, improve processes, and assist the Controller with accounting initiatives in a lean, in-office environment.

Support the CEO by managing calendars, meetings, agendas, action items, travel logistics, expenses, personal scheduling, reporting, and time-sensitive requests. The role requires anticipating needs, prioritizing competing demands, exercising discretion, and operating independently in a fast-paced oilfield services environment.

Leads daily accounting firm operations, supervises and develops staff, reviews tax and financial deliverables, advises small-business clients on financial performance and growth, provides fractional CFO services, improves workflows, maintains client relationships, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports strategic planning.

Leads operational programs, systems implementations, integrations, and process-improvement initiatives across field and administrative operations. Coordinates leadership, teams, vendors, and stakeholders; manages timelines, risks, deliverables, adoption, documentation, troubleshooting, and system optimization. Monitors KPIs and system performance, prepares reports and dashboards, supports training and change management, and promotes standardized, scalable operational processes.

Develops new B2B business and grows accounts for portable sanitation, dumpsters, and related site services. Responsibilities include prospecting construction, infrastructure, industrial, and event projects; building relationships with project stakeholders; managing the full sales cycle; monitoring project pipelines; conducting site visits; developing pricing and solutions; coordinating with operations; and meeting sales targets.

Oversee the company’s accounting and administrative operations, including AP, AR, general ledger, reconciliations, month-end close, financial reporting, cash flow, banking, payroll, invoicing, collections, and subcontractor documentation. Maintain job costing, support budgeting and forecasting, coordinate with external financial partners, and improve processes, reporting, and internal controls for a growing heavy civil construction contractor.
