Manage end-to-end inbound material flow at an e-waste recycling warehouse, including unloading, document verification, segregation, GRN creation, barcoding, palletization, ERP entry, put-away, and transfers to production. Partner with leadership, manage HR initiatives and budgets, oversee statutory audits, develop policies, drive diversity and inclusion, and support organizational restructuring. Manage a team of at least two HR professionals while delivering reporting, employee engagement, rewards, and retention programs.

Manage and support plant IT infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers, Active Directory, networking, virtualization, backups, monitoring, security, and disaster recovery. Provide L2/L3 user support, maintain system availability, troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, coordinate with vendors and ISPs, support onboarding and offboarding, and ensure documentation, compliance, audit readiness, and minimal operational downtime.

Supports day-to-day IT operations through first-level hardware, software, network, and connectivity troubleshooting. Assists with device installation, account management, software updates, asset inventory, data backups, security activities, vendor coordination, documentation, and IT policy compliance. The intern gains practical exposure to infrastructure, networking, system administration, enterprise systems, and IT support processes.
