Own ShopOS’s end-to-end social media strategy across LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, YouTube, and other channels. Create and schedule posts, threads, memes, videos, and live content; build community; collaborate with founders and cross-functional teams; support launches and campaigns; monitor analytics; and optimize engagement and growth. The role requires strong, witty writing, trend awareness, portfolio evidence, organizational skills, and comfort experimenting in a fast-moving AI and ecommerce startup.

Own end-to-end quality assurance for an AI-powered ecommerce platform. Design and execute test plans across frontend, backend, mobile, APIs, and AI features; build and maintain automated UI, API, performance, and CI-integrated testing frameworks; conduct functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing; track bugs and regressions; define acceptance criteria; and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver reliable releases.

Own the full lifecycle journey from signup through activation, retention, expansion, and paid conversion. Analyze product usage to identify friction, define PQL signals, and optimize onboarding and engagement. Build automated email, in-app, and notification campaigns using lifecycle platforms. Partner with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams on in-product experiments, monetization, feature adoption, and product-led growth loops. Success is measured through improved engagement, activation, retention, lifecycle performance, and expansion revenue.

Own enterprise sales and net-new revenue across India’s ecommerce market, targeting large retail and commerce enterprises. Build and close full-cycle deals ranging from prospecting through negotiation, navigating lengthy procurement and multi-stakeholder approvals. Leverage C-suite relationships, sell AI-powered commerce solutions, and consistently achieve quota. Contribute market insight, ICP refinement, enterprise positioning, and sales-playbook development while using AI tools to improve prospecting, personalization, forecasting, and deal management.

Own the company’s end-to-end marketing engine, including PLG growth, Shopify App Store expansion, paid acquisition, SEO, lifecycle marketing, social media, brand, partnerships, and enterprise pipeline support. Drive signups, activation, paid conversion, ARR, pipeline, CAC efficiency, and brand growth. Lead strategy, experimentation, budget allocation, sales enablement, and cross-functional alignment with founders, product, growth, and sales teams.

Creates visual assets for ShopOS brand, products, marketing campaigns, websites, social media, product launches, tutorials, presentations, videos, and events. Maintains consistent visual identity across customer touchpoints, develops polished designs using typography, layout, color, imagery, and iconography, and collaborates with marketing, product, content, founders, and creative teams. The role also uses AI-powered creative workflows and may support motion graphics, video editing, illustration, and responsive web design.

Designs, tests, and optimizes prompts and scalable AI workflows for image, video, and system-level tools. Produces campaign-ready visuals for fashion and lifestyle brands, develops moodboards and creative direction, maintains output consistency, and documents repeatable processes. Supports CRM and marketing automation pipelines while collaborating with creative, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
