Test water quality, explain results, recommend products, present financing options, close sales, follow up through installation, and achieve sales targets while representing Kinetico professionally.

Leads finance, accounting, reporting, cash flow, controls, credit management, budgeting, forecasting, and M&A support for European operations. Partners with global and international leadership, ensures compliance with local and US GAAP, develops financial KPIs and insights, improves processes, and leads the regional finance team. The role also oversees audit coordination, internal controls, liquidity, working capital, and finance transformation across multiple European entities.

Partners with business units to improve financial performance through analysis, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and reporting. Oversees monthly financial reports, identifies risks and opportunities, improves financial processes and data integrity, supports strategic analysis and digital reporting initiatives, and develops standardized analytical tools. Manages, mentors, and reviews Financial Analysts while collaborating with Sales, Marketing, IT, R&D, senior leaders, and other stakeholders.

Manages accounts receivable and credit operations, including team leadership, credit risk assessment, collections, cash application, reconciliations, customer account aging, credit card settlements, audit requests, internal controls, and month-end close in JDEdwards. Collaborates with sales and customers, supports treasury activities, monitors DSO and past-due accounts, and recommends process improvements.

Leads lean and continuous improvement projects, process validation, FMEA, control plans, testing, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, supplier quality activities, and production documentation. Supports new product development, automation, bills of materials, engineering changes, returned-goods evaluation, KPIs, audits, and cross-functional manufacturing initiatives.

Receives and inspects goods, stores materials, picks and ships orders, manages inventory in SAP, and maintains a clean, organized, safe warehouse. Loads and unloads goods using forklifts and pallet trucks, prepares sanitary components for technicians, reports inventory discrepancies, and follows safety and quality procedures.
