Supports influencer campaigns from scouting and creative ideation through production, publishing, and asset delivery. Coordinates with influencers, agencies, and creators on briefs, shoots, timelines, and content requirements. Use performance data and A/B testing to optimize creative results, while maintaining Famyo’s playful, premium brand voice and building customer loyalty.

Edit short-form performance ads, product demos, Amazon explainers, Reels, Shorts, and UGC-style videos for a kids-focused D2C brand. Create multiple creative variations with strong hooks, pacing, text overlays, subtitles, transitions, sound effects, and storytelling. Collaborate with founders and marketing teams, use performance data such as CTR, retention, and ROAS to improve content, and iterate quickly across Meta, Amazon, and website channels.

Manage and grow the company’s presence across online marketplaces, including Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Instamart. Responsibilities include creating and optimizing product listings, improving marketplace performance, applying SEO and algorithm knowledge, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with internal teams to scale revenue in a fast-paced startup environment.

Manage daily order processing, fulfillment, inventory tracking, warehouse coordination, shipment logistics, and returns across D2C and marketplace channels. Maintain operational trackers and dashboards using Excel or Google Sheets, prepare reports, resolve delivery and stock issues, monitor logistics performance, and support process improvements and SOP documentation in a fast-paced startup environment.
