Supports the Training and Placement team by coordinating placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and employer communications. Builds corporate hiring partnerships with technology companies, pitches talent acquisition proposals, and organizes recruitment drives. Manages end-to-end student placement processes, tracks placement KPIs, and collaborates with academic and operations teams to improve interview readiness. Provides guidance on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, mock interviews, and placement etiquette while monitoring technology-sector hiring trends and in-demand skills.

Drive inquiries and admissions for online and blended learning programs through high-volume calling, counseling, lead engagement, presentations, negotiations, and enrollment conversions. Manage the full sales lifecycle, conduct market research, maintain MIS reports, prepare sales reviews, attend exhibitions or conferences, address objections, and collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Handle inbound and outbound calls, explain products and services, answer customer questions, generate leads, convert prospects into sales opportunities, maintain customer interaction records, meet call and sales targets, resolve complaints, and escalate issues when needed.
