Corporate Relation Manager

We offer training in Data Science, Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, Digital Marketing, and other emerging technologies.

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Corporate Relations Manager to establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate organizations, build strategic partnerships, generate placement opportunities for students, and drive corporate engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.

• Corporate Partnerships: Develop and maintain relationships with companies, HR professionals, recruiters, and industry leaders.
  

• Placement & Recruitment: Identify job openings, coordinate recruitment drives, and generate placement opportunities for students.
  

• Business Development: Identify potential corporate clients and explore opportunities for corporate training, skill development, and recruitment partnerships.
  

• Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term relationships with existing corporate partners and ensure effective communication.
  

• Campus Recruitment: Organize and coordinate campus placement drives, recruitment events, industry interactions, and corporate presentations.
  

• Market Research: Research industry hiring trends, workforce requirements, and emerging skill demands to identify new opportunities.
  

• Networking: Represent the organization at corporate meetings, industry events, seminars, and networking sessions.
  

• Target Achievement: Achieve monthly and quarterly targets related to corporate tie-ups, placement opportunities, and business development.
  

• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain corporate databases, partnership records, meeting reports, placement trackers, and follow-up schedules.
  

• Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Training & Placement team, trainers, and management to align student skills with industry requirements.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
  

• 2–5 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, placement management, or B2B relationship management.
  

• Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  

• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with corporate decision-makers and HR teams.
  

• Strong follow-up, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools, and professional email communication.
  

• Willingness to travel for corporate meetings and business development activities, when required.
