The role requires travel within the territory and close coordination with operations and dispatch teams.

Provides front desk administration, reception and visitor management, facility coordination, vendor purchasing, stock and asset management, confidential document handling, office events, plant safety protocols, and people coordination. Maintains a welcoming reception environment, supports company values, and coordinates with internal departments, vendors, visitors, and marketing agencies.

Oversee accounts payable and receivable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, ERP data classification, financial reporting, month-end and year-end closing, GST and TDS compliance, audits, banking documentation, budgeting, forecasting, and expense control. The role maintains accurate financial records, supports management decision-making, coordinates with auditors and consultants, and liaises with banks regarding stock statements, loans, and credit limits.
