Manage client follow-ups for booked orders, provide dispatch and delivery updates, send payment reminders, maintain CRM records, and coordinate communication between clients and the company. The role requires strong communication in English, Hindi, and Bengali, basic computer skills, accurate recordkeeping, and a polite, professional, persuasive approach.

Manage daily accounting in Zoho Books, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, petty cash, ledgers, financial statements, and expense tracking. Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and operational analyses; maintain inventory, registers, ERP data, and stock records. Support SOP implementation, process optimization, and ERP migrations while ensuring accounting compliance. Use advanced Excel and basic AI tools to automate workflows and improve data analysis.

Manage end-to-end recruitment, bulk hiring, onboarding, attendance, leave records, shift coordination, workforce allocation, employee documentation, HR databases, compliance files, grievances, transfers, and exits for approximately 200 employees across office and factory operations. Build hiring pipelines through multiple sourcing channels and coordinate closely with management and department heads on manpower planning and employee lifecycle activities.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, internal logistics tools, dashboards, and workflows. Integrate CargoWise, HubSpot, accounting systems, and other third-party platforms. Manage APIs, data pipelines, synchronization, security, performance, documentation, repositories, CI/CD, and deployments. Collaborate with operations, sales, finance, and HR teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Provides comprehensive support to the Director, including scheduling, correspondence, presentations, travel coordination, and action tracking. Coordinates operations and reporting across ethanol plants in multiple states, consolidates MIS, production, financial, and performance data, and develops management dashboards. Supports ERP, software, automation, and digital transformation initiatives, coordinates vendors and stakeholders, resolves operational challenges, and drives process improvements and strategic projects. Travel to plant locations may be required.
