Lead the architecture and development of scalable cloud-hosted eCommerce applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and TypeScript. Partners with engineering, design, data, QA, operations, and business teams to deliver scalable mobile, desktop, and app experiences. Leads Scrum and SAFe ceremonies for 1–3 distributed Agile teams, removes impediments, coaches teams and Product Owners, and drives continuous improvement. Tracks delivery metrics including velocity, predictability, cycle time, and flow efficiency using Jira, JQL, and EazyBI dashboards. Facilitates PI Planning and cross-team collaboration, mentors junior Scrum Masters, supports Agile maturity, and aligns team objectives with organizational goals.

Designs, implements, and operates bot detection and mitigation systems across web, mobile, and API platforms. Investigates credential stuffing, account takeover, scraping, carding, scalping, and other ecommerce abuse using WAF, CDN, application, API, and SIEM telemetry. Engineers detection features, baselines, WAF rules, rate limits, challenges, allowlists, and deployment strategies while minimizing false positives and customer friction. Partners with application, fraud, SRE, and security operations teams and regularly works with senior management.

Architects and optimizes SIEM and Cribl telemetry pipelines; onboards diverse security data sources; develops MITRE ATT&CK-aligned detections; tunes alerts; builds dashboards and hunting queries; monitors ingestion health, costs, and coverage; troubleshoots pipeline and detection failures; mentors engineers and analysts; and maintains technical documentation, runbooks, metrics, and governance standards.

Designs and maintains Selenium WebDriver and Java automation frameworks, develops web and API test suites, and performs load, stress, spike, endurance, and volume testing with Apache JMeter. Analyzes application performance, bottlenecks, logs, and system metrics using monitoring tools. Integrates testing into CI/CD pipelines, supports shift-left quality practices, collaborates across engineering teams, and mentors junior QA engineers.

Leads Supply Chain Engineering teams through people management, delivery execution, stakeholder alignment, risk and dependency management, and engineering maturity improvements. The role strengthens SDLC, QA, automation, DevOps, observability, governance, delivery metrics, reusable practices, onboarding, and continuous improvement across distributed teams. Success depends on improving predictability, accountability, quality, release readiness, team capability, and execution discipline.

Lead the design and development of scalable, highly available data-driven solutions for inventory management, order fulfillment, and supply chain optimization. Build algorithms, distributed applications, microservices, and production data pipelines across cloud and on-premises environments. Partner with product, program, business, and technology teams throughout the SaaS lifecycle, applying Agile, CI/CD, reliability, performance, and maintainability best practices.
