We anticipate the needs of our customers and business partners and deliver reliable, customer-centric technology services.

Role Summary

We are seeking a certified Scrum Master to lead and serve Agile teams in the GCC, facilitating the delivery of high-value outcomes through Scrum and SAFe practices, continuous improvement, and team empowerment. The Scrum Master facilitates ceremonies, removes impediments, coaches team members and Product Owners, and drives meaningful delivery metrics using tools such as Jira and EazyBI. This role supports 1–3 teams across India and US time zones and is increasingly expected to provide team-level Agile coaching to raise delivery maturity — a deliberate first step on the path toward an Agile Team Coach role.

Duties & Responsibilities

Coaching & Teaching

• Guide teams through Agile adoption and maturity using observation, feedback, and coaching conversations.

• Coach Product Owners and team members on backlog management, team dynamics, and Agile principles.

• Deliver lightweight workshops on Scrum, Kanban, SAFe ceremonies, and the Lean-Agile mindset.

Agile Metrics & Tooling

• Define and track Agile metrics such as velocity, predictability, cycle time, and flow efficiency.

• Use Jira and EazyBI to build dashboards that give the team and leadership visibility into delivery health.

• Ensure metrics are used constructively to support team growth — not for performance policing.

People Leadership

• Individual contributor role with no direct reports.

• Mentors junior Scrum Masters and team members in Agile methodologies, and may act as a lead across 1–3 teams.

Impact on Business

Implements activities that generally impact multiple components and processes and the work of own and possibly other teams and projects. Typically assigned to complex undertakings, providing measurable input into delivery predictability and Agile maturity, with impact on team and program outcomes.

Business Strategy, Innovation & Judgement

• Align team objectives with organizational strategies and goals; foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Identify and adapt Agile practices, drawing on personal experience and team feedback.

• Exercise independent judgement in the application of Scrum practices and guide the team through complex problem-solving.

Communications & Interactions

• Acts as a liaison between the team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of goals and progress.

• Facilitates conflict resolution within the team and with external groups; works across distributed teams and time zones.

What You Bring to the Table

• Strong communication, facilitation, and servant-leadership skills.

• Ability to foster a collaborative, high-trust team environment.

• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced, scaled-Agile environment.
