Configure and develop Odoo modules with Python and OWL, manage integrations, improve workflows across engineering, production, supply chain, finance, and service, and ensure data integrity, traceability, security, and compliance. The role also identifies AI and automation opportunities, supports scalable process design, and maintains the systems roadmap as the company grows.

Manage the office environment, supplies, vendors, facilities, schedules, travel, meetings, and calendars. Welcome visitors and new hires, support leadership and team members, organize workplace events, coordinate recurring personal and organizational tasks, and serve as the office’s day-to-day point of contact. The role requires strong organization, discretion, multitasking, ownership, and fluent German and English in a dynamic hybrid scale-up environment.

Manage daily bookkeeping, bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting support, month-end and year-end close activities, fixed asset accounting, and intercompany reconciliations. Maintain accurate records, support audits and tax filings, and improve accounting processes and internal controls while coordinating with senior accountants and external tax advisors.

Supports the founding team across venture development, business development, sales, and strategy. Responsibilities include market and competitor research, internal process improvement, project ownership, and communications and branding support. The intern will work closely with the founders in a fast-paced deep-tech defense startup and must demonstrate entrepreneurial initiative, strong organization, communication skills, and fluency in German and English.

Supports UAV prototyping, assembly, subsystem testing, system configuration, and flight-test demonstrations. Maintains flight-test infrastructure, prepares Ground Control Stations, troubleshoots technical issues in the field, and collaborates with engineering and flight-test teams to ensure safe, successful operations. The role requires hands-on UAV-building and drone-piloting experience, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in dynamic, high-pressure environments.

Develop and maintain the company’s information security strategy, policies, standards, and controls. Lead risk assessments, audits, vulnerability management, compliance efforts, incident response, remediation, security awareness training, and third-party security assessments. Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement controls and report security posture to senior management while supporting ISO 27001, NIS2, and GDPR compliance.

Design and develop PCB assemblies for UAV platforms, including schematics and layouts. Assemble, test, debug, and prototype electronic systems while collaborating with embedded software engineers on hardware integration. Maintain component libraries and documentation, participate in hardware reviews, address EMI and manufacturability concerns, and support manufacturing partners during transition to series production.

Lead TYTAN’s defense sales and business development activities across the DACH region, especially Germany. Build relationships with Bundeswehr, BAAINBw, requirements owners, and procurement stakeholders; identify opportunities; lead capture efforts; manage the full pipeline through contract; forecast sales and maintain CRM reporting; support proposals and briefings; and represent the company at industry events, demonstrations, and field exercises. The role requires German and English fluency, German security-clearance eligibility, and travel up to 50%.
