At TYTAN, every mission starts with a first impression, and that's where you come in. As our Office Manager and Team Assistant you are the face and the heartbeat of our Berlin representation. You'll be the first point of contact for guests and partners. You will shape the daily rhythm of the office, create a welcoming environment for our international team, and ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, including day-to-day support for the team and leadership.
As a young, fast-growing scale-up, we need someone who's comfortable wearing many hats and moving fluidly between office management, team support, and personal assistance to our team lead, depending on what the day brings.

Your roadmap to make an impact:
  • Be the ambassador of TYTAN: warmly welcome visitors, partners, and new hires, ensuring they feel the unique spirit of our company from the moment they arrive.

  • Keep operations flowing: oversee office organization, supplies, vendor coordination, and facility management to ensure a smooth daily workflow.

  • Support leadership and teams: assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.

  • Provide personal assistance to the team lead and keep the team running: manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare meetings, and handle recurring personal and organizational matters with discretion.

  • Create a vibrant workplace culture: organize events, foster a positive office atmosphere, and help maintain a space where collaboration thrives.

  • Be the connector: act as the go-to person for day-to-day questions, guiding colleagues and visitors through processes with clarity and care.

  • You bring experience in office management, administration, or a PA role.

  • You are a people person: approachable, professional, and always ready to support colleagues and guests with a smile.

  • This role is full-time with flexible hours.

  • You have excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail, and you enjoy taking ownership of organizational tasks.

  • You are fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

  • You thrive in dynamic, young teams and enjoy wearing multiple hats.

  • Experience with office tools (MS Office, HR/admin systems).
