We are looking for a new team member who is eager to make a real difference! As a Venture Development Intern, you will be collaborating closely with our Founders and our Founders Associate, shaping our startup's growth across venture development, sales, and strategy. Gain unique insights into building and scaling up a startup.
Extend the business side of our founding team, supporting across multiple areas such as business development, sales, and strategy
Conduct market and competitor research to inform strategic decisions
Help define and improve internal processes as we scale
Take ownership of your projects that drive real company progress
Collaborate on communications and branding efforts
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics or related field
Gained first professional experience, preferably in consulting, VC or Startup
Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality with solid multitasking and self-organization abilities
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in Office Software or equivalent tools
Fluent in both German and English
Minimum availability of 4 months

Shape scalable defense capabilities: Work on solutions built for mass deployment, cost efficiency, resilience, and reliable production at scale
Contribute to networked air defense: Help integrate our systems into multi-layered defense architectures alongside sensors, command systems, and effectors
Develop for real-world operations: Build capabilities together with end users and improve them continuously based on direct operational feedback

Skills Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
