We are looking for a UAV and Flight Test Engineer to join our team and support our demo operations at customer sites. As a UAV and Flight Test Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting in the prototyping of our UAV systems in the production and also during flight testing. Your role will involve hands-on technical support, ensuring flight test infrastructure is prepared and maintained for seamless operations.

Your roadmap to make an impact
  • Assist the prototyping team by providing technical support in executing the hands-on prototyping, assembly, and testing of UAVs and their subsystems

  • Set up and configure UAV systems, including Ground Control Stations (GCS), to ensure readiness for demo execution.

  • Take ownership of the flight demo infrastructure, ensuring all equipment is properly maintained and operational.

  • Support the setup of flight testing operations in the field, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues as they arise.

  • Collaborate with engineers and flight test personnel to ensure safe and successful flight testing.

  • Prior experience with building UAV systems and drone piloting is a must.

  • A background in military operations or a similar high-pressure, technical environment will be highly beneficial.

  • Experience with model RC aircraft flying or UAV systems is highly preferred.

  • Ability to work in dynamic environments and handle technical challenges on-site.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
