Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, coordinate projects, create and distribute branded content, monitor campaign performance and reporting, support lead generation and customer engagement, manage vendors and events, and conduct market and competitor research.

Support transportation and order processing using SAP, prepare shipping documentation and pick lists, manage label and finished-goods orders, maintain supplier communication, enter inventory data, review transport invoices, and perform project or ad-hoc tasks as assigned. Assist with returns, corrections, and change management.

Lead the local finance team and own Armacell Poland's P&L and balance sheet. Partner with plant and commercial leadership to drive performance, budgeting, forecasting, CAPEX evaluation, and financial planning. Prepare statutory accounts and tax filings, ensure IFRS/local GAAP and transfer pricing compliance, and deliver profitability and cost insights to support strategic decision-making.

Lead technical rollout, stabilization, and support of GE Proficy MES across multiple plants. Configure/deploy Plant Applications, validate architectures and integrations (PLC/SCADA/OPC UA/SAP), perform root cause analysis, develop reusable MES templates, conduct plant readiness assessments, and provide technical leadership and mentoring during deployments and hypercare.

Drive upstream sales strategy and specification penetration for insulation products across assigned western territories. Provide technical expertise, educate customers, attend site visits, translate market needs to marketing, and capture commercial market share in sectors like education and healthcare.

Lead FP&A for multiple manufacturing units: own budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI tracking, management reporting, business partnering, cost and profitability analysis, and CAPEX evaluation to drive cost optimization and strategic decisions.

Drive regional revenue and market share in West London by identifying and developing industrial business opportunities, managing customer relationships and visits, maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasts in Salesforce, and collaborating with commercial, technical, and account teams to deliver value-based solutions and exceed targets.
