In this role you will support accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, ensuring smooth vendor payments and reliable accounting operations within an international finance environment.
Your Tasks
- Process and verify incoming invoices for accuracy and completeness
- Match invoices with purchase orders and goods receipts
- Enter, upload, and maintain invoice data in the accounting system
- Support the review and processing of employee expense claims
- Monitor accounts payable balances and ensure payments are up to date
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reconciliations
- Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
- Support the accounts payable team with administrative tasks and compliance activities
Your Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; an associate’s degree in accounting or a related field is an advantage
- Initial experience or foundational knowledge of accounts payable or accounting processes
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy when processing financial data
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify discrepancies and support their resolution
- Structured and organised working style with effective time management skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with internal and external stakeholders
- Fluent Polish and English language skills at a minimum B2 level
