Lead design and delivery of cloud-native .NET solutions on Azure, provide technical leadership, mentor developers, ensure code quality, and align architecture with business goals while evaluating emerging Microsoft technologies.

Lead and manage the HRBP team partnering with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals. Oversee talent management, succession planning, performance management, employee relations, engagement initiatives, compliance with employment laws, and HR metrics analysis to drive continuous improvement and a positive work culture.

Manage end-to-end accounts payable: receive, verify, and process invoices; prepare accruals and validate payment proposals; ensure policy compliance; resolve vendor and procurement queries; support month-end close, GL and treasury reconciliations; assist auditors and maintain accurate transaction records.

Design, develop, and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking. Own end-to-end MIS delivery, ensure timeliness and accuracy, support reporting transformation, perform ad-hoc analyses, and present operational insights to stakeholders.
