Manage and optimize Monday.com for New Product Development: administer platform configuration, build automations and integrations, design workflows and dashboards, define KPIs, lead change management and training, enforce data governance, and partner with engineering and leadership to improve portfolio tracking and reporting.

Provide Tier 1/2 Workday support, process HRIS transactions, maintain data integrity, run and assist with reports, support testing/UAT, document processes, and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Maintain and improve master data quality across domains through profiling, cleansing, validation, and integration. Use Python and SQL to resolve discrepancies, implement business rules, support MDM platforms, and execute tests. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders on governance, documentation, data migrations, reporting, and user training to ensure data integrity.

Sell, promote and develop the Victaulic FP product range in Norway. Drive specifications and acceptance with owners and engineering firms, perform field demonstrations and trainings, support distributors and contractors, handle product claims, report sales activities, coordinate with finance on receivables, and collaborate with sales colleagues to meet sales targets.

Provide first-line support and configuration for Victaulic VDC and BIM tools, maintain and optimize VDC data systems, liaise between IT and VDC, update user materials, support presentations and customer demos, and manage software configurations and adoption plans.
