Coordinate learner registration and implementation for clients across assigned markets. Manage mid-course changes (credit transfers, extensions), validate bi-weekly pre-invoices, follow up on unpaid invoices, generate administrative reports, and escalate significant client issues to Customer Success or Account Executives. Produce and edit instructional multimedia for middle and high school language programs. Apply instructional design principles, manage multimedia assets, leverage AI and automation for batch processing, provide technical support, collaborate with stakeholders, and explore new EdTech tools to keep content innovative and aligned with project requirements.
