💼 About the role

As a Training Planning Coordinator, you’ll play an important role in making sure our training activities run smoothly from planning to execution.

You’ll coordinate with different teams, manage schedules and assignments, keep information up to date and help resolve day-to-day issues when they arise. In other words, you’ll be one of the people making sure that everything is in place behind the scenes so that our training operations can run efficiently.

⚙️ What you’ll do

Coordinate training activities
Work closely with the relevant teams to make sure all the necessary steps to activate and manage training activities are completed accurately, on time and according to established processes.

Manage scheduling and assignments
Coordinate with key stakeholders to schedule trainings and assign the appropriate people. Handle cancellations, changes and rescheduling requests while keeping everything properly updated.

Be a point of contact
Act as a go-to person for team members when they have questions or encounter issues related to training activities. Help find practical solutions and ensure that information is communicated clearly.

Keep things organized
Maintain and regularly update internal documentation and information related to program administration. Support management with reporting and other administrative needs when required.

Adapt and improve
Processes and priorities can evolve quickly in an international organization. You’ll need to be comfortable adapting to new processes, tools and ways of working, while helping ensure that activities continue to run smoothly.
