Drive strategic and operational planning, lead budgeting and forecasting, perform market and performance analysis, monitor KPIs, present to executives, align cross-functional teams, and support digital transformation by evaluating BI and planning automation tools.

Provide first- and second-line support for hardware, software, and network issues; perform routine maintenance; log and resolve tickets within SLAs; assist and train users; document incidents and system configurations; escalate complex issues and collaborate with the IT team.

Lead daily financial accounting operations, prepare IFRS/GAAP financial statements, ensure compliance and audit readiness, manage AP/AR and reconciliations, supervise and develop accounting staff, drive ERP/system improvements and automation, and support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
