Supports Cartier Japan’s President and CEO by translating strategic priorities into aligned decisions and disciplined execution. Owns strategic planning and Market Action Plan processes, advises on complex topics, coordinates executive committee activities, and leads cross-functional strategic projects from definition through execution. The role connects Japan, Cartier headquarters, Richemont functions, and boutiques while ensuring stakeholder alignment, clear ownership, follow-through, and effective communication.

Provides transactional HR support across the employee lifecycle, including resolving Tier 1 queries, processing employee requests, maintaining digital records, managing HCM data, supporting payroll validation, producing reports, and conducting data quality checks. The role also escalates complex issues, monitors service trends, and contributes to continuous process improvement.

Leads global integrated marketing campaigns from strategic briefing through creative production and go-to-market activation. Coordinates cross-functional teams, agencies, markets, and external partners while managing timelines, budgets, assets, and campaign toolkits. Manages global social media calendars, publishing, community management, performance reporting, and optimization across international markets.

Supports a luxury boutique’s administrative, financial, and operational activities, including documentation, invoicing, payments, refunds, purchase orders, vendor data, SAP tickets, reconciliations, petty cash, inventory administration, export sales documentation, and month-end closing. Collaborates with Finance, Retail, Operations, and sales teams while ensuring compliance, accuracy, and confidentiality.

Supports client experience, CRM campaigns, trade marketing, brand events, POSM and visual merchandising initiatives, PR activations, media monitoring, photoshoots, press relations, brand asset management, vendor onboarding, purchase orders, and invoice processing.

Leads Richemont’s government affairs strategy across Switzerland, the United States, and other priority markets. Builds relationships with policymakers, regulators, trade associations, and senior stakeholders; monitors legislative, regulatory, geopolitical, and economic developments; develops advocacy and engagement plans; coordinates policy positions across Group functions and Maisons; and advises senior leadership on political and regulatory matters.

Supports e-business and omnichannel operations through KPI reporting, digital cockpit insights, dashboard development, incident management, checkout monitoring, onsite search optimization, competitor benchmarking, and local-market support. Analyzes customer interactions and conversion data, improves online experiences, provides technical assistance, and collaborates with stakeholders on e-business projects and change management.

Supports technology-domain financial controlling, including monthly and annual closing, accruals, commitments, allocations, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting. Partners with technology managers on cost control and project resource tracking, validates purchase orders and vendor commitments, maintains allocation models, and ensures financial data quality. The role also contributes to process improvement, automation, ad hoc analysis, and administrative support across the controlling team.

Coordinates daily logistics and supply chain activities across Australia and New Zealand, including CITES permits, SAP order transactions, import and export shipments, courier deliveries, stock management, cycle counts, and event-related picking and packing. The role ensures customs, trade, transportation, and internal compliance while coordinating with freight forwarders and logistics providers.

Own brand budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, KPI reporting, cost control, cash-flow optimization, and FP&A support. Partner with regional, headquarters, and brand leaders to inform investment decisions, improve boutique productivity and profitability, establish financial procedures, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and support strategy and finance projects.
