Act as the strategic liaison between Digital Transformation and enabling functions to ensure ERP, WMS, TMS, HRIS and finance systems operate and evolve. Lead digital projects, manage incidents/integrations, drive change management, partner with BI for KPIs, manage vendors, and prioritize continuous improvement across supply chain, finance, HR and after‑sales.

Responsible for after-sales business development and customer portfolio management in an assigned sector: identify opportunities, advise customers on maintenance, propose and negotiate after-sales offers, perform equipment inspections and commissioning, handle complaints, support invoicing and collections, and keep business tools and customer data updated to improve satisfaction and profitability.

Manage export sales contract lifecycle from quotes to delivery, oversee invoicing and margins, validate orders and export documents, handle documentary credits and bank guarantees, supervise teams, optimize processes, produce reporting and ensure compliance for spare parts, machines and engines exports.

Manage customer risk and execute the finance departments debt collection strategy: assess solvency, monitor receivables, implement collection actions, coordinate with internal teams, and maintain related indicators and litigation files.

Manage personnel administration tasks within assigned scope: track hours and absences, support payroll inputs, administer contracts and social protection, handle departures, act as employee contact, and maintain HR indicators and compliance.

Lead commercial development of export territory for generators and engines: prospect, visit and retain customers; prepare and negotiate technical-commercial offers and tender responses; manage project launches and implementation; monitor market and competition; ensure sales targets, profitability, compliance, and support collections and financing as needed.

Develop and grow sales and customer loyalty in an assigned territory: prospecting, customer visits, preparing and negotiating technical-commercial offers, supporting tenders, maintaining CRM data, monitoring market and competitors, and assisting with dispute resolution and receivables collection.

Manage administrative and logistical aspects of internal and external training: schedule and organize sessions, handle registrations, invoices, certificates, training data entry, and coordinate with providers and operational teams.

Manage and grow a customer portfolio for construction equipment: prospect, visit clients, identify needs, prepare and negotiate commercial/technical offers, support deliveries and commissioning, update CRM, monitor market and competition, and assist in collections and dispute resolution.

Supports sales teams and manages project design, pre-installation supervision, procurement, supplier coordination, and commissioning support. Oversees project documentation, scheduling, financial tracking, testing, and stakeholder coordination to ensure quality, deadlines, and profitability.
