He/she provides support and is a privileged contact for internal stakeholders.

SIGNIFICANT ACTIVITIES Personnel administration - Monitor hours worked (on-call duty, overtime, etc.) and events (sickness, leave, etc.) for employees within the scope of responsibility, and forward them to the payroll teams - Carry out administrative monitoring of social protection (provident fund, mutual insurance, etc.) - Carry out and analyze requests from the business tool (net negatives, job changes, medical visits, follow-up on salary entries, leave, etc.) and alert, if necessary - Manage and monitor personnel administration (contracts, medical examinations, contract suspension, etc.) - Contribute to the processing of departures within its scope (retirement, transfer, etc.) - Support and be a privileged contact for employees - Define, monitor and update monitoring and performance indicators (attrition rates, hiring, etc.) RESPONSIBILITIES AND SCOPE FOR ACTION - Ensure personnel administration within the scope of your responsibilities - Guarantees the quality and timeliness of recruitments within its scope - Guarantees the conformity of data entered into business tools - Be a privileged contact for internal and external stakeholders - Know and apply internal and external compliance procedures and rules PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE DIPLOMA(S) AND/OR EXPERIENCE(S) Bac +2 level in human resources and/or significant experience preferred SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE(S) Technical skill(s) - Knowledge professional in the field of resources (personnel administration, payroll, etc.) - Professional legal knowledge (labor law) - General knowledge of IT tools and information systems - Intermediate level of English (B1) Behavioral skill(s) - Good interpersonal skills - Active listening - Thoroughness - Adaptability - ResponsivenessSkills Required
- Bac +2 level in Human Resources (or equivalent)
- Significant HR experience (personnel administration, payroll)
- Professional knowledge of personnel administration and payroll processes
- Professional knowledge of labor law (social law)
- General knowledge of IT tools and HR information systems
- Intermediate English (B1)
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
