Provide administrative and clerical support to sales, manage sales tasks and processes, coordinate sales activities, maintain accuracy of customer quotations, and support team collaboration and process improvements.

Support the finance team with routine accounting and administrative tasks: document organization, data entry, classification of expenses and revenues, bank and account reconciliations, spreadsheet and system updates, month-end close preparation support, and filing (physical and digital).

Drive new customer acquisition and expand SME accounts in logistics. Conduct sales calls, support sales teams, write SOPs, maintain Helios CRM, build client relationships, and support product/service development. Based at Laemchabang with relocation required.

Drive commercial growth for seafreight project cargo by identifying and converting opportunities for breakbulk, oversized and heavy-lift shipments. Develop local commercial strategy, prepare technical/commercial proposals, lead negotiations, coordinate feasibility with operations and stakeholders, manage pipeline and forecasts, represent the company in client meetings and industry events, and ensure profitability, compliance and successful execution of tailored logistics solutions.
