Lead and manage the PDX VDC (BIM) team, driving VDC strategy, quality control, resource allocation, training, project coordination, model/data management, and financial oversight. Ensure deliverables, standards, and workflows meet contract and constructability requirements while supporting proposals and continuous improvement.

Prepare and modify construction drawings and BIM models for MEP and seismic bracing systems using Revit and AutoCAD. Support coordination, QA reviews, documentation, and cross-team communication for commercial projects.

Design engineer responsible for preparing custom engineering packages, seismic bracing layouts, and detailed drawings. Support Engineering and Sales teams by producing submittals, 3D modeling/coordination, quoting, project file management, and code-based design (ASCE-7, IBC, UFC). Support VDC project coordination by communicating across teams, performing seismic and EFS support design in Revit/Nexus, managing model QA/QC, producing schedules/shop drawings, training staff, and ensuring clash-free BIM workflows aligned with ISAT standards.

Produce custom engineering packages, seismic bracing layouts, and fabrication drawings; support engineering and sales teams; generate quotes; manage project files and billing (NEXUS); create AutoCAD/Revit details and submittals; communicate with PMs, sales, and clients; ensure documentation and code-based layouts for seismic design.

Design, implement, and maintain AI-driven workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate and approved AI tools.
