Owns strategic growth initiatives for industrial rental tools and OEM parts across a greenfield territory. Conducts corrosion research and damage mechanism assessments for pressure vessels, piping, and storage tanks. Develops and maintains Corrosion Control Documents, supports risk-based inspection assessments, analyzes leakage and VOC root causes, and reviews process safety and corrosion issues. The role also provides improvement recommendations, participates in inspection and maintenance audits, and collaborates with plant and cross-functional teams.

Administer the Viewpoint Vista ERP environment, including users, permissions, configurations, performance, updates, data standards, reports, dashboards, and support. Partner with Finance, HR, Operations, and Project Management to improve workflows and data integrity. Provide Tier 1–3 user support, training, documentation, troubleshooting, testing, and system enhancement coordination across a multi-entity industrial services organization.

Provides process engineering support for assigned projects, including interpreting and approving engineering drawings, designing process equipment and piping systems, specifying and procuring equipment, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards, and estimating project work. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams and requires independent technical judgment, strong communication, business acumen, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering.

Supervise and streamline IT helpdesk operations at a client site, ensuring efficient service delivery, customer satisfaction, accurate completion of daily tasks, and achievement of operational goals. Manage and collaborate with developers and systems administrators, oversee ISO document control, support data accuracy, and promote effective communication and teamwork.

Supports day-to-day procurement by sourcing materials, equipment, tools, rentals, services, and supplies; obtaining quotes; negotiating commercial terms; issuing purchase orders; monitoring deliveries; managing supplier relationships; analyzing spend and supplier performance; maintaining ERP records; and ensuring purchasing compliance. Partners with Operations, Project Management, Accounting, Warehouse, and Fleet to fulfill routine and urgent requirements while identifying cost savings, improving inventory and working capital, and supporting audits and reporting.

Supports daily administrative operations, ongoing projects, team collaboration, meetings, training, and timely completion of assigned tasks. The intern gains hands-on professional experience while using organizational, communication, time management, and Microsoft Office skills. Preferred experience includes project management tools, data analysis, reporting, leadership, and problem-solving.

Manage multiple FEED and industrial engineering projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, budgets, milestones, KPIs, safety, and quality standards. Lead cross-functional teams, communicate with customers and contractors, manage risks and project issues, oversee commitments and deliverables, negotiate across disciplines, and drive mitigation and resolution strategies. The role requires experience with PSM processes, MOCs, large-capital projects, and industrial plant environments.

Supports multidisciplinary drafting and design projects independently. Reviews and updates Piping and Instrumentation Drawings using AutoCAD and MicroStation, develops drawings with AutoCAD Plant 3D, reviews vendor documents, performs field reviews and routine fieldwork, and supports project deadlines. The role requires attention to safety and detail, effective collaboration, problem-solving, and experience in petroleum or chemical processing plant environments.
