Position Outline
Due to the continued growth and expansion of our business, we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager based in our Corpus Christi, Texas office.
The Project Manager will work in Corpus Christi, Texas office and travel as needed.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Engineering Project Manager working on Front-End Engineering & Design (FEED)
- Effectively communicate with customers.
- Ensure project has a business case and is consistent with Sponsor’s objectives.
- Lead multiple projects.
- Constantly and objectively monitor project success through key performance indicators.
- Hold team members accountable for their commitments, milestones, and deliverables.
- Identify areas of risk and develop innovative mitigation solutions.
- Maintaining and driving resolution to project issues.
- Effectively negotiate across organizations/disciplines to rally team members around common goals.
- Coach and direct the team members in the work process and project objectives.
- Consolidation of feedback from the Project group for relay back to Engineering contractors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- The Piping Designer will work with our design team in Corpus Christi, Texas office.
- Highly detail oriented, able to internalize Specifications / Standards, and functioning effectively in a multiple-discipline project group.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Understand PM Work Process.
- Demonstrated experience working within established PSM process, developing and managing MOCs (Management of Change)
- Able to use sound economic and critical thinking for decision making.
- Emphasis on safety and environmental excellence.
- Team building skills
- Experience in the engineering/construction of large tank farm/terminal projects a plus.
- Seven to ten years’ experience minimum working in Large Cap project environment($50-100MM)
- PMP or other project management certifications is a PLUS
- Industrial Plant Experience
- Strong computer skills
- Strong business acumen and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- High ethical standards, integrity, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

Skills Required
- Seven to ten years of experience in a large-capital project environment involving projects valued at $50 million to $100 million
- Experience working within established Process Safety Management processes
- Experience developing and managing Management of Change processes
- Industrial plant experience
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and team-building skills
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary project teams
- Understanding of project management work processes
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Sound economic and critical-thinking decision-making ability
- Strong computer skills
- High attention to detail and ability to interpret specifications and standards
- Commitment to safety, environmental excellence, ethics, integrity, and confidentiality
- Experience with large tank farm or terminal projects
- PMP or other project management certification
