Provides first-line IT troubleshooting and ticket resolution for hardware, software, network, and Zoho application issues. Supports device maintenance, employee onboarding and offboarding, asset provisioning, documentation, and inventory reconciliation. Assists with basic programming, scripting, API, database, and system configuration tasks under supervision. Write high-converting copy across ads, emails, landing pages, social, blogs, and funnels. Craft headlines, storytelling, and offer framing based on customer pain points. Create SEO-friendly blog content, map funnel journeys, test and iterate based on performance, and collaborate to deliver concise, on-brand copy that converts.

Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters; draft, review and negotiate contracts; manage contract lifecycle and company secretarial duties; monitor compliance, identify legal risks, maintain filings, manage client relationships, and support the Head of Legal.
