Lead global finance and accounting for a manufacturing and distribution business. Oversee GAAP-compliant reporting, budgeting, forecasting, audits, cash and inventory management, ERP financial processes, and financial strategy. Act as strategic partner to the CEO, drive operational efficiency, manage audits and compliance across jurisdictions, support M&A and capital decisions, and lead finance, accounting and customer engagement teams through turnaround initiatives.

Lead consolidated general ledger and financial close processes under US GAAP. Strengthen internal controls, manage audits, cash forecasting, sales and intercompany reporting, drive system enhancements, and supervise corporate accounting staff while supporting ad-hoc projects and external auditor requests.

Process vendor, supplier, and employee invoices; perform three-way matching, payment processing (ACH, wire, check), vendor maintenance, supplier statement reconciliations, and month-end AP close. Manage digital document uploads and ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and internal controls. Collaborate with Purchasing and Receiving to resolve discrepancies.
