Oversees troubleshooting, documentation, continuous improvement, budgets, staffing, and departmental priorities while hiring, coaching, and managing a technical team.

Designs, tests, troubleshoots, and supports electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and control systems for HVAC equipment. Maintains engineering documentation, ensures compliance with UL and NEC standards, supports manufacturing and field service teams, and collaborates with mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality groups. Contributes to product development, design reviews, continuous improvement, cost reduction, and technical problem-solving while providing guidance to entry-level engineers.
