Leads contracting and analytics directors, develops KPIs and dashboards, ensures contract lifecycle and pricing integrity, drives process improvements, supports sourcing implementation, and presents performance to executives and members.

Provide Tier II support for enterprise applications, troubleshoot integrations and APIs, manage releases and patching, mentor Tier I staff, develop documentation and training, collaborate with vendors and stakeholders, and participate in an on-call rotation to support mission-critical healthcare supply chain systems.
