Healthcare Supply Chain | GPO Operations | Contracting & Analytics
Cooperative Services of Florida (CSF) is seeking an experienced healthcare supply chain and operations leader to serve as Executive Director, Operations & Performance. Reporting to the President & CEO, this role leads CSF’s Contracting and Analytics functions and is responsible for strengthening operational performance, accountability, and measurable value for our member health systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead contracting, pricing administration, analytics, reporting, and operational performance.
- Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, scorecards, and operating reviews.
- Ensure contract, pricing, and data integrity across the CSF portfolio.
- Drive process improvement, operational discipline, and organizational change.
- Partner with Sourcing to translate strategies into effective implementation and measurable results.
- Work directly with health-system members, suppliers, and senior executives.
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare supply chain, GPO operations, sourcing, contracting, procurement, distribution, or closely related healthcare operations.
- 5+ years leading cross-functional teams and developing leaders.
- Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain and GPO business models.
- Demonstrated experience with analytics, performance metrics, executive reporting, and process improvement.
- Strong executive presence, financial acumen, and change leadership.
- Experience within or supporting a large health system/IDN or acute-care environment strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related master’s preferred.
**This is not a general healthcare administration role. We are specifically seeking leaders with meaningful experience in healthcare supply chain, GPO, sourcing, contracting, distribution, or related operational performance functions.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- Master's Degree in Business Administration (MBA)
- Minimum 8 years progressive leadership experience in healthcare supply chain, GPO operations, healthcare administration, or related operational leadership
- Minimum 5 years leading cross-functional operational teams
- Experience overseeing contracting operations, pricing administration, or contract lifecycle management
- Experience in business analytics, reporting, and developing organizational performance metrics
- Experience implementing operational process improvements and organizational change initiatives
- Strong understanding of healthcare supply chain operations and GPO business models
- Advanced analytical and business intelligence capabilities
- Ability to travel to member health systems and industry meetings as required
