LeeSar is looking for a Talent Engagement Coordinator to join our HR team. This is a full-time, hourly position designed for someone looking to build on their foundational HR experience, learn from an experienced team, and grow their skills over time.

You don't need extensive HR experience to be successful in this role. We're looking for someone who is friendly, energetic, organized, professional, and a strong communicator. We'll provide the training and support to help you develop the HR skills.

What You'll Do

For us, recruiting isn't about filling positions at volume. It's about understanding the role, getting to know candidates, and finding the right match. The work involves:

• Reviewing applications/resumes and identifying promising candidates
• Conducting candidate phone screens and coordinating interviews
• Partnering with hiring leaders to understand their staffing needs
• Communicating with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assisting with job postings, offers, pre-employment activities, and onboarding
• Sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and community resources
• Supporting recruiting events and other HR initiatives

As you gain experience, you'll also be cross-trained in other areas of Human Resources, giving you the opportunity to develop a broader HR foundation.
