Provide legal support for construction projects: conduct legal research, draft and prepare contracts and legal documents, manage case files, assist with disputes and evidence collection, coordinate with stakeholders and external counsel, and perform administrative tasks for the legal department on-site.

Identify critical path, produce cash-flow curves, track baseline vs actual, generate weekly/monthly progress reports and KPIs, coordinate with project teams, and prepare the planning section of progress reports. Attend planning and site meetings as needed.

Support project teams by developing, updating and monitoring complex schedules for major infrastructure projects using Primavera P6 (and MS Project). Produce progress reports, performance indicators (SPI, CPI), cashflow curves, implement earned value management, identify critical path, coordinate stakeholders, and promote schedule-driven project controls and best practices across bidding, design, procurement and execution phases.

Design and review temporary works (shoring, formwork, scaffolding, lifting equipment) for bridge and infrastructure projects. Support estimation and execution teams with technical methods, prepare AutoCAD drawings and compliance attestations, perform inspections and site monitoring, develop technical documentation and training, and ensure adherence to codes, safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Lead project controls for major infrastructure projects (bridge, roads, hydro, wind). Manage planners and cost controllers; oversee scheduling, budget setup and updates, cost control, risk management, reporting, change management, and stakeholder coordination through delivery.

Manage technical specifications and supervise site engineers; obtain permits; coordinate labor, subcontractors, and materials; develop and supervise construction methods while ensuring health and safety; lead meetings with clients and design teams; review shop drawings and change requests; maintain daily reports, update schedules, and perform on-site monitoring and temporary works coordination.

Provide bilingual strategic communications advice and planning; lead communication projects, content development, CMS and intranet updates, internal events and campaigns; manage vendors and promotional materials; ensure brand consistency and measure KPIs to boost employee engagement and external reputation.
