Provide proactive learner support by handling inbound/outbound enquiries, maintaining accurate learner records, managing learner caseloads, coordinating with tutors and employer engagement, completing surveys, and following structured processes to support successful course completion.

Design and format paper and online learning materials, create visual concepts, source imagery, collaborate with teams (videography, publishing, marketing), meet briefs and tight deadlines, and ensure high-quality, copyright-compliant artwork.

Produce, validate and submit Individualised Learner Record (ILR) returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with funding rules. Reconcile ILR data with Student Loans Company and Apprenticeship Service portals, monitor reports (FIS, FAM, PDSAT), support the Data Analyst, meet KPIs, and drive continuous improvement of data collection and recording.

Provide telephone, postal and electronic learner support throughout the learning journey. Maintain accurate learner records, manage diaries and learner banks, liaise with tutors and employer engagement, complete surveys, and follow structured processes to ensure successful course completion.

Produce, validate and submit Individualised Learner Record (ILR) returns, ensuring accurate data and funding claims. Reconcile ILR with Student Loans Company and Apprenticeship Service portals, upload returns to the ESFA Hub, run compliance checks using FIS, FAM and PDSAT reports, support the Data Analyst with reporting, work to KPIs, and undertake additional duties as directed.
