Maintain and improve plant electrical and automation systems including HT distribution, substations, protection, PLC/SCADA/DCS. Plan preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshoot failures, manage budgets and projects, supervise technicians, ensure safety compliance, and support digitalization and continuous improvement.

Lead financial planning, forecasting, month-end close, and internal controls. Oversee invoicing, inventory costing, collections, and ERP integrations (Salesforce to Sage/SAP). Partner with Sales, Logistics, and Operations to improve processes, manage reporting, and coach the finance/accounting team.

Track industry publications and influence product standardization nationally and internationally.

Lead global security compliance, awareness, and vulnerability management. Drive audit readiness (GDPR, NIS2, SAP, SWIFT), run KnowBe4 campaigns, coordinate remediation, define governance artifacts, report metrics, and manage one direct report plus matrix oversight of SOC analysts to improve compliance posture and remediation SLAs.

Lead development and execution of preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve plant reliability. Diagnose mechanical issues, perform root cause analysis, coordinate condition monitoring, design and optimize mechanical components with CAD, manage reliability improvement and TPM projects, support CAPEX and budget control, supervise and train technicians, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

Administer on‑premises Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID in hybrid environments, manage directory synchronization and authentication, troubleshoot access and identity issues, enforce Conditional Access and MFA, support device join and OT integration, implement IAM controls and privileged access hardening, perform lifecycle and hygiene management, remediate compliance gaps, and support Entra‑integrated applications and change management.

Provide EIA (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation) technical support across EMEA: diagnose and respond to automation issues, design and commission EIA systems, coordinate contractors, develop/admin software tools, support commissioning and operator training, and drive continuous improvement and standardization across multisite industrial operations.

Lead and mentor the Accounts Receivable team and manage daily AR operations including invoicing, cash application, collections, reconciliations, and aging. Drive collection strategies, resolve billing disputes, collaborate with Sales/Customer Service, produce AR reporting and KPIs, support close and audit activities, and identify process improvements and automation opportunities to improve cash flow and controls.

Manage and optimize daily shipments, vendor/carrier relationships, and logistics metrics. Negotiate transportation rates, resolve customer issues, maintain shipment records, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve cost efficiency and delivery performance.
