- Prepare technical reports and performance analysis
Project & Budget Management
- Prepare and monitor maintenance budget
- Support project planning, cost estimation, and execution
- Control maintenance costs, overtime, and spare parts usage
Team Supervision & Development
- Supervise and guide electricians and technicians
- Provide training and coaching to team members
- Manage schedules, attendance, and performance of the team
- Support skill development of junior staff
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures and work standards
- Conduct safety briefings and enforce PPE usage
- Support incident prevention (goal: zero accidents)
Collaboration
- Work closely with Process Engineers and Production teams
- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors
- Support plant-wide operational improvements
Skills Required
- Experience maintaining High Tension (HT) electrical systems (11kV, 22kV, 33kV or higher)
- Knowledge and management of substations, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems
- Experience with PLC, SCADA, and DCS industrial automation systems
- Ability to perform HT switching operations and enforce electrical safety procedures
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and engineering design/analysis tools
- Experience troubleshooting electrical and automation failures and implementing improvements
- Maintain electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, maintenance logs and KPIs
- Supervise, train, and manage electricians and technicians
